1. Donations – Refund Policy
Since donations made to NBS Charity World support social service programs such as hunger relief, education, women empowerment, healthcare camps, and environmental projects, all donations are considered final and non-refundable.
However, a refund may be processed only under special circumstances, such as:

If the donor’s card or payment was charged more than once, or charged without completing the transaction, we will refund the excess amount.
